Spring break is finally here! I'm so excited to finally go on Spring Break. My sister will be coming home from college, and we are going to have so much fun together! The thing that I am most looking forward to is playing Twilight Princess with my siblings. We are really far ahead in the game, and we are determined to finish it. Whenever we play, we have so much fun! I also really want to get started playing, because we didn't actually finish off at a cliffhanger. We just had to stop playing, and my sister left Link hanging upside down on a rock with iron boots on. I can't wait to get him off there so he can be free.
If we finish playing Twilight Princess, I'd want to get started on playing Skyward Sword. Skyward Sword released two years ago, and is supposed to be the prequel to the whole Zelda series. I really want to get started on that one too, because it also looks like a really fun game, and I can't wait to play it with my siblings. I hope everyone has an amazing Spring Break!

Of Michelangelo and Leonardo Da Vinci, I'd like to meet Leonardo. First of all, he is a renaissance man and has so many different talents. Leonardo was a scientist, architect, artist, inventor, painter, sculptor, and even a party planner. He found out how blood circulation goes, and he also discovered things about the eye. He sculpted very beautifully and precisely. Nonetheless, he planned very good parties.
The thing that I really like about Leonardo is his painting, the Mona Lisa. I love the perspective he used while painting her, and the different blend of colors. There is also a rumor that wherever you stand while looking at the Mona Lisa, it looks as if she is staring at you. The Mona Lisa is one of the most famous paintings in world history, and I'd love to go see it someday. Michelangelo is a great artist too, but to me, I'd rather meet Leonardo Da Vinci.

In our core class, we've studied many different topics about the middle ages. I have to say that out of all of them, the most interesting to me was learning about Joan of Arc. It was nice to study about her, because she was such a strong woman character, and she inspires all around the world. Another reason why Joan of Arc was so amazing was because she was a peasant girl, and she rallied the whole French troops in the army.
Joan of Arc was born in Domremy, France. When she was about thirteen, she heard voices in the church who talked to her. After a few years, the voices told Joan to go help the French troops and win the war. Joan followed the orders of her voices, and she asked King Charles. Before he met her, one of his right-hand men told him the in the prophecy, a maiden would save France from the English. Charles thought that was preposterous, and he wanted to test Joan by dressing in commoners' clothing to find out if she still knew who he was. When Joan came over there, the right-hand man told her that the king would be hidden somewhere in the crowd of people. Joan walked up to him, and bowed before Charles. Charles said that he wasn't king, but the man with the fancy clothes was the king. Joan knew Charles was the king, so Charles let Joan lead the army. Once Joan rallied the troops, they were fighting nicely. However, Joan was wounded. The army wouldn't fight without her.
Joan didn't let them, and she had them fight the English, and in the end, the French won. Everyone was happy, but the English had Joan burned to death, because they though
