La Clase de Español..... (Spanish Class)In our Spanish foreign language class, we are learning the basic roots on how to speak Spanish. We will be learning how to say, read, speak, and write Spanish in this class, which is making me excited, since learning a new language is really fun! We will learn how to spell words, where to put accents on words, like 'ñ,' and how to correctly pronounce the words. I can't wait to fully learn Spanish!

This is our activity journal for Spanish! Mr.Aberle always has a way to make Spanish easier, and this was one of the ways. In this book, there are little questions that would ask you certain questions in Spanish, and it was short, but really effective at the same time! This was a good way to help me learn the material I was supposed to know, and it was very helpful! This was one of the reasons I really liked this book, because it was easy, and I learned everything I needed to know from it!
This project reminds me of the History Workbook we have in core, which is really easy and effective as well. The core points are listed within both books. They're both really nice ways to learn, and I think all homework should be like that; short, and effective at the same time! This way for me to learn is actually much better than other ways that I've learned, and I like this Cuaderno de Actividades!

Famous People Today Speak Spanish, Like Everyone Else

For Spanish class, we had to write a 50 word report on a person who we admire that speaks Spanish. It can't be your cousin or family member though. It had to be a famous person. I chose Shakira, because she is an amazing singer in both Spanish and English. We had to write about her, where she was born, etc. So, I wrote that she was born in Colombia, and started off as a poet at seven years of age. I wrote her rise to fame, and what she did to rise to fame. By doing this report, we get to study that many people, even famous people speak Spanish today. We also learned that Spanish is such a great language to learn, since it is commonly used in the United States of America.
