During the week, I continued playing Twilight Princess. After I hearded the goats, I went back to my house, and I saw one of Link's friends walk by saying that he left a present inside his house. Then, some little kids walked over to Link, and because I had just bought a slingshot, they really wanted to see me use it. They set up targets, and I hit them all in the center target. Then the kids told me to go inside my house and see what the man had left me. I went inside, and I found a wooden sword. Once I went back outside, those little kids told us to do lots more tricks. After I learned everything, I set out to Ordon village on my horse Epona, and then I ran into the mayor of Ordon. He said that it is time that I leave to Hyrule to go deliver the special gift. Then, his daughter Ilia, who is very stubborn to me, yelled at Link for not taking care of the horse, even though I did. The mayor and I just sighed and went back to go find Ilia. This new little kid named Collin comes, and he wants to go see Ilia, but the other kids don't let him, unless Link gives them his sword to play with.
Those little kids are very annoying to me, but I had to agree, and I, as Link went to go see Ilia with Collin. Ilia was still pretty mad, but she forgave Link, until some wild men with boars came along. It turns out that they were from the dark twilight realm. Those boars shot Ilia with an arrow, grabbed Collin, and made me unconscious. Once they were all gone I ran after them, but once they took me in, I transformed into a wolf, with my golden triforce of courage glowing a golden yellow.
I got a game called Super Smash Bros. Brawl, and my sister, brother, and I loved it so much. I have a lot of favorite characters, but they are: Link, Zelda, Toon Link, Sheik, Marth, Ike, and Zero Suit Samus. They are all amazing fighters in the games, and since I fell in love with The Legend of Zelda characters, I decided to get the games. So, my mom and I bought Skyward Sword, and Twilight Princess. I am in the middle of Twilight Princess right now, and it has been an amazingly fun game, and the best of all the games I've played. It's adventurous, there is a story to it, there is a lot of fighting, and moreover, you even use your critical thinking skills to play, without knowing it. It is a really fun game, and I love it so much. The story is really interesting.
So far, Link has been told by a man named Rusl to go to Hyrule, the land where Princess Zelda rules, and to go give a gift to the royal Hylian family. Link agrees, and after he does his daily chores, he helps out the people in his village, and then buys a slingshot at the local store. Once Link buys it, he returns home, and then, some little kids want you to practice shooting. They also said that while he was gone, Rusl dropped something off at Link's house. Link goes to get it, and there is a sword inside. Later on in the journey, he transforms into a wolf, and I can't wait to go home and play to see what happens next.
I never really went onto youtube and watched videos. Maybe I watched a couple songs and stuff, but I never really was addicted to it. My friend Lindsay told me to watch a video by smosh. I said okay, went home, and watched the video. After I watched it, I became really addicted to it. It was the best video that I have ever seen in my life! Smosh is just really funny, and I really think that they are amazing. They're the best comedy people I've ever watched, and I will continue to watch their videos. Smosh is two people. One is Anthony, and one is Ian. They are best friends, and are super hilarious by themselves, and together, they can make anyone smile and laugh.
When I was watching one of their videos last night, I literally did a spit-take, because they were so funny. One of my favorite smosh videos has to be the Legend of Zelda rap, because that is my most favorite game series in the world. All their videos are really funny, and I can't wait to spend my free time watching their videos. I suggest that you watch it, but only for ages 12 +. Whenever I go onto youtube now, I can't help but watch a smosh video. They are just so awesome, and make so many super funny jokes, that I can't stop laughing. Whenever I watch their video "Video Games in Real Life," I prepare myself for my non-stop laughter. Anyone can fall in love with smosh, because they're super hilarious! I can't wait to watch their videos today! :)
In the Hunger Games series, there are three different books. One is the Hunger Games, one is Catching Fire, and one is Mockingjay, the last book in the trilogy. For some aparrent reason, my favorite book is Mockingjay. So much happens in that book. I can't wait for that movie to come out, because the first movie of the trilogy has already come out, which is The Hunger Games. I have to say that the book was much better than the movie. The movie was really rushed, and didn't express much detail into things that were supposed to be detailed. They also didn't have some of the important characters or lines.
One of the things that I didn't like about it was that Cinna, Katniss' stylist, didn't really have any lines at all. He was a really important character, and the director didn't have him say much at all. The Mockingjay pin wasn't even gifted by Madge as it was in the book, but Katniss finds it in the Seam, and Greasy Sae gives it to her for free. This was a very important detail in which it is the symbol of the Hunger Games, and they didn't even put it correctly in the movie at all. Another thing that I didn't like about it, was that it rushed the pre-games preparations, and they skipped mainly to the actual games, which also wasn't done as well as I thought it would be. One thing I do like about it, is that they show the uprising that happened in District 11 after Rue's death in the games. If they had put the movie into different parts, and had more detail into it, I would really like the movie that way much more. There's always next time, for when Catching Fire comes out, to hope they don't rush the movie again.
